Anyone know how I cancel an extra from my account? I’ve been round the houses on My 02 app and on the website and can’t see how. I am paying £7:99 per month for Cafeyn and no longer want it. Cafeyn website says I have to do it on O2 website but it isn’t an option in the “frequently asked” virtual assistant selections. HELP!

I have no idea! I took out Disney+ for my son a year ago, for 1 month (I cancelled it straight afterwards), and was billed for it out of the blue this month. The app or website conveniently has cut off the button to cancel it. The chat feature keeps crashing, and I tried to phone customer services and was cut off!

Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
