Cancel or Remove a Tarriff

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hiya, I am new to this forum and I am having trouble cancelling the Message 50 Tariff. I have tried calling 2425 to Opt out, but there are no options to Remove this and even when I log on to My O2 it even gives an error message.

It will be taken from my balance on 15th November.

Please help?

Paul.

Contact customer service either by calling 202 (contract) or 4445 (P&G) from your mobile or try the Chat link in my signature.

I've had this problem before previously. You're on the old Text and Web tariff correct? Or some other tariff which is no longer available?

I had to get the online web chat advisor to remove it for me, but customer services will do just fine. Its just the cost of the call tongue I don't see why they haven't got this fixed 😞

May be somebodies know where to call if I want to cancel O2 Simlicity 300 tariff ?

I phoned to O2 but it was not appropriate numbers because it is  kind of contract which I can stop every time I want, it isnt long term contract. I can not find anywhere info how to cancel this contract.

It's either Pay Monthly or Pay, and Go, see "Contact us" at the foot of the page.
