Hi, I have a big issue I can’t seem to resolve. I went to buy air pods 2 on the o2 shop, which you pay and upfront fee of £50 for. Once I clicked complete purchase it told me ‘my session had run out’ and to checkout again. So the order wasn’t placed however the £50 has gone out of my bank. Is there a number I can call to help me resolve this? I can’t find any help anywhere

The bank transaction will be pending as O2 won't have claimed it.

It will be returned to your cleared funds on 5 to 7 days in line with your banks policy of failed transactions.

Call your bank for more support.
