I need a call log showing incoming, outgoing and missed calls from the start of the Year until now, please.

That information isn't available

If you are pay monthly, outgoing calls are available in My O2

If you are payandgo then you need to request a SAR from O2

Again, only outgoing calls and texts are available

Incoming and missed calls information are only available via your own phone logs
