I was in hospital a couple of weeks ago and had to use my data.so I bought a bolt on for extra data.now they won't take it of.i don't need it anymore but they've still kept it on my phone,it's still active and I can't find a way to take it off.Help!!

It rolls over for 1 month or until used.

After either of those, it is automatically cancelled.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
