How can I add my blue light card discount to my airtime plan, the code the o2 store gave me is returning this message

“We're sorry. It appears your company may not be registered with us yet. Check with your employer's HR or Benefits Manager to understand if you are eligible for O2 Open, and to get your unique O2 Open code”
