Hi all,
I've been an O2 customer for more than 20+ years, but today is the first time I've posted in this forum - reason being, I'm trying to find out if there's a beta testing program / group that O2 customers can join, and when there's new software to test, be invited to participate in and provide feedback on.
I'm also a Virgin Media standalone BB customer, and I know they've done some ad-hoc beta testing before, but I can't seem to find information about whether there's a formal program that I can register to join.
Any input here will be greatly appreciated! 🤗
Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the tag @MI5
@shanwil78 there are currently no active testing groups, however if/when there are, I'll reach out 👍

What software are we talking about?
They could do with testers as the long term bugs on this Community are a disgrace.
It seems that the way the customer management systems work could do with someone with more than one braincell.

No, O2 do their own "extensive" testing but don't always get it right even after that.

Thanks for replying Enlli.
I'm referring to things such as when new features are added to the My O2 app or Priority app, once they're dev and test complete, a pre-release version is deployed to beta testers (could be staff or customers) so that any final issues can be identified, fed back on and fixed prior to the full rollout to production devices.

Just look at the shambles that masquerades as a website for this community, @shanwil78 and you'll see how diligent O2 are at fixing things.

I think most of the historical beta test programmes are now closed @shanwil78

There was some testing we were involved with on Priority, but wider than that not much @shanwil78
And I had a small chuckle at the "extensive" testing comment @MI5 - assuming that they are even aware of a change (cough Khoros cough)
