Hi, I have a problem. I have upgraded my phone on the 16 of March 2022 and I am still waiting (being processed ). I didn't get any emails or phone calls from O2 this is absolutely shocking. C'mon we are in 2022

You'll need to ask O2 for an update. 

Call them on 202.
