At the beginning of November, my wife and I went to the Manchester Sale O2 shop to apply for two mobile phone numbers, it is carry from other carrier to O2 . At that time, the salesman said that they would arranged our two phone numbers to connect with the Family Plan, so that one of the phone numbers could have a 20% discount per month.
We already received the 2nd bill but it is found that the regular monthly fee is still to be paid. Will there have O2 Customer Services follow-up here?
