I currently have an iPhone and Apple Watch gps with o2 and want to pay off my phone with them and go to another provider (virgin). Will this affect the Apple Watch in any way or will it just not work? I am planning on using a PAC code to keep my number.

You'll need to pay off your watch device plan and it will stop working.
