Hi. I cant activate me Amazon Music Unlimited Extra … When I click the link to complete the activation it comes up Activation Error … Seems a few are having the same issue … I have 14 days left to activate … please help

If you already have an Amazon subscription you need to cancel it first as it cannot be added to.

If not contact O2 for support.

Message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Hi. Thanks for the advice but I dont have an Amazon subscrption already. There are other threads with the same issue- seems to be need an o2 advisor to solve the problem
