Age restriction

I am unable to unlock the age restriction because I don’t have a credit card. But obviously with how things are I can’t get to am o2 shop to shoe my ID to prove my age, am I able to email a picture of my I’d or is there anything I can do?

Going to a shop with valid ID or using a credit card are the options. Stores are now open, but I understand not everyone is in a position to go to one.


How do I prove I’m over 18?

There are two ways you can do this. Once you do, we’ll take off the filters and won’t ask again.

  1. Go to one of our shops with photo ID (passport or driving licence).
  2. Prove you have a credit card. We'll charge £1 to the card, which we'll then refund, either through your bill or with calling credit.
