I was cold called a couple of weeks ago by a (local) number saying it was Aeriel (a subsidiary partner of O2) and offering me a good deal on my O2 monthly payment, I had upgraded my 02 account to 9Gb in October last year and they now say that I will be on 4Gb contract, this is not an upgrade and I would like to return to my original contract before the Aeriel sub-contract start in a few days, who can I talk to about making this happen. From what I have seen on this chat, Aeriel are scammers and customers have found themselves locked into expensive business contracts for 24 months and with huge buyout clauses. I have been an 02 customer for nearly 30 years and I you don't help, I will take my business elsewhere.

You need to get in touch with customer services as soon as possible, but if history is anything to go by you may well be stuck with the new "deal" @PB-1962

You can try calling customer services (try 202 first but if they can't help try 8002), or get in touch using social media:

Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
