Actually Speaking to someone from O2

Has anyone tried speaking to anyone from o2? There online chat is always ”busy” if you try booking a call back it's over 3 weeks before you can get a time slot and if you ring 202 they respond saying there busy and there will be at least a 60min wait. Is it time to move away from o2??????

Unfortunately staff are been asked to isolate as we are still in pandemic, so the numbers who are available to work is reduced across all sectors.

I also have a Planet Computers Gemini

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World

No, as there are other ways to contact o2, such as Social Channels. 


It took me 5 minutes the other day to get through to o2, so not all customers are experiencing long call waits.
