Hi there

Trying to either get back into an account that has locked out and won't recognise the pet name we added on set up to reset the password, or alternatively to deregister the payg sims that were associated with that account to add them to a new one.

Any help to achieve either option greatly appreciated

Thanks

J

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Thanks. Trying FB and hope they don't just direct me back to the automated phone line.

For things like this, it will need to be done over the phone, as they will need to verify who you are, and on Social Media you could be anyone...

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

I've had my security checked and confirmed on Facebook for account issues so you should be OK with that.
