have lumia 550 cant send or recevie photos .took phone to guru in shop .she couldn`t fix it,suggested i use whatsapp to send pohtos.i dont want do that. found bx2 smart app via microsoft got in touch with them .after long talk they say i need to go back to 02 to fix, any body have any clue about this.have tried most of the morning to contact 02

@ed3 Do you have mms & mobile data switched on as you need a data connection to be able to send & receive photos

also manually enter the settings here if the above doesn't help you. It definitely sounds like a settings issue.

Have you tried texting ACTIVE to 2020 & saving the settings?
