o2 Priority on Windows 10 Mobile

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi all,

I was just wondering if anyone has had success on installing the o2 Priority app on Windows 10 Mobile yet?

I can find it in the store but it doesn’t install properly on my Lumia 1020.

I wonder if it has been registered properly with the Windows 10 store yet? I’m not sure if anyone from o2 / a Mod can answer that?

I know the OS is pre release software, but this is the only app I’m having trouble with!

Thanks

@Chris_K might know but I suspect it's not compatible yet......?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

The odd/funny thing about it (and the reason I suspect it may not be registered correctly with the Windows 10 store) is that it tells me it downloads successfully and installs, but actually downloads and installs the "Office365 Admin" tool from Microsoft!

I've successfully installed the Priority app, but can't get an activation code sent - hope it'll be fixed soon - missing my goodies!

It could be to do with the OS still technically being in pre-release. Once the 950 / 950 XL get released next week we could see an update to the store to add compatibility

Ive installed on windows mobile 10 beta on my lumia 930. WM10 is still a beta but its feature complete, just a few wee niggles here and there so.. however, its could be that the older hardware. The newer chips such as the 630, 830 and 930 are said to run the beta much smoother than the older chips in the 520 920 and 1020.

Windows 10 is not rtm yet and i doubt it will be for some time, even the 950 will be loaded with the latest insider build that`s why i will wait till it`s sorted before i update my 930.

It is almost RTM. Ive found very few hickups in the latest build 10586.11 - Windows is now being treated as a service so really the RTM will always be developing going forward. Just us on the insider prog will see new features before they are polished.

Untill o2 have tested windows 10 mobile update software i doubt you will have all the carrier specific feature`s work.

running windows 10 insider build on you phone will not be supported by your carrier.
