Is video calling another network free on wifi or will I be charged extra for this. The phones are also different the one making the call is a Samsung to an Iphone.

how are you making the video calls ? via an app which one ?

 

 

But Wifi is free to use and has no impact on your mobile bills

Wifi is wifi, networks are networks, the two are not connected.
If using wifi it's free, if using network you will be charged, a lot.
