Not receiving texts or calls

Anonymous
Not applicable

Following network issues I have not been receiving texts. Phone has been off all night and I have carried out the usual ie take out battery, wipe SIM card.  community manager Leonard has suggested I post my problem here.

I have received an email to let me know all calls to my phone are going straight to my voice mail.

Thanks for your feedback Kyle however,  that setting was ok.  I needed to back up my phone and carry out a security wipe.  I was a bit nervous doing this but after restoring my data from the backup my phone is now working again.

Regards, Gerry
