Nokia 630 - Not picking up internet

I've recently bought this on PAYG, I can pick up wifi with no problems, but am unable to pick up 3G etc, or any internet at all if I'm not in a wifi area.
I've looked all through the wifi settings, and also the SIM settings and can see nothing untoward. Am I missing something?

Try texting active to 2020....this should activate your internet settings...

And then turn your phone on and off to get it connected. If this doesn't work you will need to contact CS on 4445 tomorrow...
