How long do O2 actually take to get a readily available item? My partner ordered a Switch Oled on the 3rd April. Nobody at O2 can give a delivery date. I honestly don't think they have even bothered placing the order. Nintendo have them in stock. Unless their supplier has been blacklisted there is no reason for this sort of delivery time. I would suggest going elsewhere as I genuinely don't think the switch will arrive. We will be cancelling in a couple of weeks.

Hi @Link1709

O2 do not run a live stock system. So items showing in stock, probably aren't.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

Just because Nintendo have them in Stock, doesn't mean anything at all ,as Nintendo like most Tech Companies prioritise their own customers and then those of the companies who pay the highest price to NIntendo...

And o2 wont be the biggest buyer of Nintendo Goods, so they will be buying them from one of NIntendo's Distributors, who will put o2 into the queue..

I would just buy it direct from Nintendo, if they have it in Stock.  Game might have them in stock but are limiting supplies to 1 per customer / post code area.

Amazon have it in stock for delivery tomorrow.
