Purchased Huawei 4G Router from online, new...

Have opted for £15pcm Data Only SIM, which has arrived...

Put the two together, but SIM fails to register...?

Do I need to activate the SIM with the Router's IMEI or anything?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

You may need to set the apn in the router control panel to register the O2 signal for data.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi, @Merlodsm8. I'm just wondering if you solved this and if so, how, please? I think it would be useful for others with similar queries in the community. Thanks.
