Deduct extra payment

Hello dear

i have been pay my contract payment in once time. But you deduct again payment from my account. I did not understand why this happen.

If you want to make a payment then you need to do that six working days before to leave sufficient cancellation of the direct debit

Your error I'm afraid

If you want the extra payment returning to you then call customer service on 202

Be aware though that O2 are extremely slow (up to 3 weeks) in returning the payment

If you can, leave the money on your account so that it pays next month's bill
