Hi @Anonymous Not sure what Refresh tariff you signed up for?

There's a guide here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-Pay-and-Go/How-does-O2-Refresh-work/ba-p/1014093

Look here at first bill explanation https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/first-bill

If you are on a Refresh plan then I assume it's £26 for the device & £20 airtime? It maybe more because at the start of the contract you will pay a month in advance & maybe an extra pro rata

Yes you will have 2 payments each month, one for airtime and one for the device.
Your MyO2 will clearly show your payments
