Thanks for the information. From my past experience, I feel that keeping the mobile phone in another room and put it on silent (no vibration) will help me to sleep better. I also shut down any notification light on the mobile phone as well as other gadgets that I have to ensure that the house is in total silent.

 

Some people may think that I am crazy as they could not sleep under total silent condition. I, on the other hand, is a light sleeper so I would appreciate tranquility.

Nice article! I used to sleep with my phone next to my pillow. LOL I have some insomnia at the moment so can't even think of doing that anymore! open_mouth Sometimes when I do sleep with my phone near me (normally on the night stand) it's because I'm trying out some type of 'sleep sounds' to help with falling asleep. Like raindrops falling or some such noise. grin
