Hi guys,

Its a big time at the moment for gaming. E3 has just ended and Gamescom is just around the corner. We thought we'd open up a few fun discussions on the subject.

We're starting off with what is your favourite ever gaming console?

Do you prefer hand-held devices? Was the look of the console an aspect that grabbed you? Is Pong as far as gaming goes for you?

For me, it will always be (in my view at least) the original PlayStation. It was the console that opened my eyes to the video gaming world and Crash Bandicoot was my first ever game slight_smile

How about you?

The N64 is without a doubt my favourite console (apart from my PS4!).

Mario 64 is still one of the greatest games out there!!

Did you guys ever play on Super Nintendo? That's my all-time favourite, followed by PS3. I'm mostly playing on PC nowadays though. slight_smile

P.S. I'm going to gamescom in August! Happy Dance

Playstation 2 changed everything.
The difference between the generations was so immense, it's the equivalent of ps4 being 16 core, 12gb ram, 8k resolution when compared to ps3.
The ps2 sold so many consoles (128million) that the factory producing them only stopped in 2012 in order to start work on ps4.

But if you were a hardened gamer like me ps2 were easy to wear out, I went through 3 slim lines & an original before I upgraded to PS3
