I refunded my AirPods about a month ago but still have not received a refund called o2 and they said we processed your refund wait 7 days. I waited 7 days still then called them again they said the same thing and still no refund. I have the receipt of refund and proof of purchase also proof of no refund in PayPal just need a refund can someone help.
