I made an enquiry at my local 02 store about a forthcoming trip to Momtenegro. I.e would my tariff data and calls be free to use there. She reassured me that is the case,my only concern she said if my trip was in/close to Turkish border, it wasn't.

However I received a 'welcome' message to Montenegro saying that I would be charged £6.00 per day. I was not at all pleased about this as I had taken the trouble to ask before I left the U.K and had had reassurance from a member of your team, of which she has been a long standing member within the store in Newton Abbot town centre.

I hope that if in fact I have been charged I would politely ask for the charge to be removed.

Many thanks, Alison

You need to ask the person in store to pay your bill as they are completely wrong.
