Heidelberg car attack injures three

Three people have been injured in the German city of Heidelberg after a man drove a car into a pedestrian area.

I see there has been another car crashing into a crowd. This time at the Mardi Gras in New Orleans.

Apparently the driver was drunk and injured 28
