I heard on the news today that Claudia Winklemans daughter was badly burned at a Halloween bonfire and firework display Friday night...:smileysad:

Firework night is the 26th here but is a totally different and religious festival here. Everything is totally organised too, no private celebrations but I echo the thoughts, be safe!

Must admit the fireworks were pretty quiet tonight. Our busiest/ noisiest time was over the weekend.
Never had any children round with the 'penny for the guy' either...That seems to be a dying tradition...overtaken by the Halloween trick and treating...

Yes, I missed the smell in the air this morning and the lack of mistiness that I've noticed in previous years.
This week-end seems to be favourite for all the organised displays where I live....should look like the end of the world with 4 large displays all going off at the same time
