Just had a text through saying i can get some galaxy buds pro 2 for £1. The code provided was not working, so i looked it up, the promotion on the O2 site says it expired on 27/10/23. But i didnt recieve a text until today 02/11/23 is there anyway to get the promo still as i feel like ive been cheated out of a deal a little

This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

Same here. Mine worked but didn't reduce the cost enough. And O2s live chat continuously boots me off it instead of putting me into a queue

For info, a new promo ran from  5 October 2023 until 1 November with claims to be made by 29 December. 

Issues with codes are, in the most part, resolved by customer service quite quickly.
