No one had the common sense to figure that out for themselves?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I blame over-use of tech ... & ... underuse of brain

maybe over-reliance upon tech which has now become an ingrained habit & part of people's lives too much,

their natural reactions are to reach for tech 1st

I understand it's common sense but this paragraph is the one that saddens me..

"But it does continue the headache for Samsung - even once the company goes through the motions of getting the device recalled, the Note 7 will forever be the exploding smartphone".slight_frown
