Been charged £4.17 today for answering the phone to a message saying it was friends and family and it was free because of the Coronavirus and someone needed to talk to me

First I've heard of thst con, thanks for letting us know. 

You should tell O2 also https://www.o2.co.uk/help/safety-and-security/fraud-advice
