Cost of in speaker

I understand that when you go for the galaxy s8 it comes with free JBL speaker costing approx £130 well I have looked at the same speaker online and it's only £39.why is 02 free gift priced so high.

It doesn't cost anything as it's free.
Recommended retail price doesn't always reflect the price you pay anyway.
