In this state of lockdown I want to get my elderly, non-WiFi/broadband parents a device that we can connect to via video. I have been looking at the Samsung Galaxy A10 as they can connect via 4G. My question is when the device has upgrades, can this be done over 4G? Thank you

@caronwolf

Yes, that can be enabled in settings.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@caronwolf It's much better (and infinitely cheaper) to have a broadband connection and apps over WiFi for any video chat. You can connect using your phone's data, but unless you have an unlimited tariff it will eat up your allowance pretty quickly.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
