And it looks like 3 handsets coming.
Flagship will be E65XX
Mid range will be E53XX
Entry level will be E23XX

I think these codes will relate to Xperia Z4, new Xperia T and new Xperia M

.note, I have put xx as last two digits as western markets often have different codes for the last two numbers and the source gives numbers relating to Indonesian market which may well be different from European codes.

Source.

Expected to be presented at the MWC in March? Any info on proposed improvements over the Z3?

Only rumours,
But general consensus is
Snapdragon 805/810 (810 is likely if Sony go the 1 flagship per year route)
3/4GB ram
5.1-5.5" 1440p screen
New IMX230 camera sensor 20mpix (new bells and whistles sensor allowing full 4k hdr video, 192 af points, very niiiice)

All in all, expect all the stops to be pulled out by Sony as this could be the last roll of the Xperia dice.

Well I'm still hoping they continue to run Sony mobile but cut the amount of crap handsets.
Honestly, the low end Xperias are utter trash and really wouldn't make anyone want to invest in a higher priced model.
Get rid of the junk ones (free ps4 with Xperia c or whatever carphone warehouse have excess of)
And concentrate on 3 lines only.

I would agree with this comment. My son used Sony mobiles for years...loved them.... Until he had the Experia J.  The love affair ended pretty rapidly but finances meant he had to stay with it. I gave him my 2 year old S3 and he says this phone (as old as it is) is vastly superior to the Experia he was using previously.

In fairness my S3 cost far more brand new than he paid for the Experia J (also bought new at the same time)

So....you get what you pay for springs to mind...Smiley Very Happy
