Solved: o2 priority log in issues

When I joined O2 I transferred my old phone number, when I try to log into O2 Priority it says my phone number is not valid and tries to log in with the O2 number and not my phone number. How do I fix this?

Or If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
