new pay monthly sims

02 have not canceled 2x pay monthly sims iv cancelled within 14 days but they tried taking money anyway. ive got an e mail transcript which confirms this and i was miss sold these items

You should really call O2, numbers in here, to be sure the SIMs have been cancelled, @nc3 - Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

O2 will then cancel the SIMs and probably advise you to cut the SIM card in two. Sorry to hear you were conned into a sake you did not want.
