Hello, I am a virgin media employee and have filled out the form for this account to be transferred to a staff account for the benefits. But have still not had the change I’ve yet and it has been 5 days now

We’re just customers but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

The details should be on the Virgin Media Intranet or the o2 Intranet, i would imagine, along with a specific Customer Services Contact/ for staff accounts
