Problems with new extra Disney +

I signed up for Disney + today and tried logging in to D+ my details are not recognised spoke to D+ agent who says tech problems with this I am using the same email for 02 as for D+ if it can’t be resolved I will cancel extra the D+ agent is calling me back tomorrow
