I’ve had a notification from priority...I have an iPhone so it shows the little ‘1’ in a red circle.
I’ve gone into priority, can’t see any notification at all....the little red circle remains. I re-started my phone & still that little red notification.
Anyone else had this notification & how did you get rid of the little sucker?
Thanks in advance

Irritating ain't it !
Try signing out rebooting and signing back in, or sign out, delete, reboot, sign in.

You can try turning off notifications in your phone settings for the app to stop anymore but I don't know if that will clear any already there.

Like you, I also had this notification so I have turned off notification for the app in iPhone settings and the irritating red 1 has now gone thankfully

I’m having the same issue. Red ‘1’ telling me there is a notification in the Priority app. On searching through it multiple times, no notification and no way to get rid of the red circle.

Surely turning off notifications in settings is not a solution, as this will prevent all genuine notifications going forwards.

Any my other suggestions as to how I can resolve this in the app?

Or, o2, can you update this?!

Does it come back again if you turn notifications back on?
Sounds like a glitch that needs fixing but a workaround may help until it is fixed.
