Priority Tickets Issue

For any event I try to use O2 Priority for, when I click on 'Get Tickets' and go through to Ticketmaster, it just says the O2 Pre-Sale is 'Happening Now' with no obvious place for me to click to buy tickets. I'm signed in to Priority and Ticketmaster. This has always happened. What am I missing/doing wrong? Thanks

I have never purchased tickets on O2 Priority, @EY78 - but if you are starting in the app, Force-stop the Priority App and clear cache.

If the app hands you over to Ticketmaster in a browser window, Force-stop your browser and clear cache on that app also. Then start again. Or switch to Priority on the web on a laptop or computer in place of your phone, if applicable. Good luck!

Hey - can you maybe share any screenshots of the page you land on after clicking the button within Priority, and also let me know which gig/event this relates to? Also, if you try from the Priority website, is it still the same issue? https://priority.o2.co.uk/
