It’s a joke why is it so Sam difficult to get help and nothing gets sorted. I need to log onto my priority but when I put my number in to get a code, it literally just just keeps throwing me off and reloading the page.

Try deleting and reinstalling the app.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

My recommendation would be to follow the advice of @MI5 ; but I suggest that after deleting the app, please restart your 'phone before reinstalling the app. 

That usually works.
