Hi, went to use my £1 drink for the month yesterday. Greggs made the drink and come to play and the QR code doesn’t work. Not the first time apparently, Greggs seem to be having issues with O2. I paid full price as I didn’t want to waste but the £1 voucher is gone. Can O2 at least replace the £1 voucher?

When I had that problem last weekend @Andysaint, I actually e-mailed Greggs. As a gesture of goodwill, they credited my Greggs app with a free hot drink.
Greggs have also notified their shops about the current issues with the O2 Priority app. 👍
