Free Disney + for 6 mths

Hi, I opted into the O2 priority offer last week for access to Disney + for 6 months. I received a text last Thursday to say I’d receive confirmation of it being added as a bolt on within 48 hours. As yet I haven’t received anything. What does this mean? help!!!!

I tried that earlier today and unless I want to upgrade there are no options to discuss this issue 🤷‍♀️

I also opted into the 6 month which was the offer available on o2 priority moment, it has now been 5 working days but still not heard anything
