Disney + priority deal

A week ago I signed up for the priority deal for 6 months free Disney+. It stated under the deal that this was available to anyone on a standard or refresh contract (which I am) so I activated the deal and submitted the code. I then received a confirmation email stating I will receive further confirmation via SMS that the bolt on is active within 48 hours, and then I will be able to sign up through my O2 to create the elegible account.

It's now been 6 days since I received that initial email and no bolt on has been made available on my account. I also never received an SMS telling me it's ready. Why have I not been given access to the deal when I signed up within the available time frame?
