I’m a business customer and for about 12 months I’ve not been able to log into Priority as I’m met with a ‘sorry there was a problem with your request’ message when logging into the app. I assumed o2 had removed access to business customers but looking online this doesn’t seem to be the case. Anyone have any ideas on how to log in successfully?

Have you tried deleting app, rebooting and reinstalling?
If so, give O2 a call on 8002

I have this every time there is an iOS update on my mobile. It’s absolutely infuriating!!! I have no solution other than keep trying sadly/and complaining to O2. Just thought you’d like to know you’re not alone!!!
