Hi,

 

I’ve been on the o2 priority app and tried to claim the offer for £2 off Disney plus a month.

 

Each time I go to claim it, it comes up with a message saying ‘oops something went wrong’.

 

how do I go about claiming this offer? There are still 44 days left to claim it.

 

Any help would be much appreciated,
