hi, i ordered a new iphone 12 today on contact. i paid the £30 upfront cost by apple pay, then it said that i couldn’t pay my apple pay and had to use debit card. both payments went out totalling £60. will i get a refund on this?
also, on a second note, i accidentally put a typo in my email address and so had to change it, however the initial contract email went to the typo account. how to i get another confirmation/contract email to my new changed email. thanks

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
