Unable to connect to internet via 4/5G

I have received my new 12 Pro Max and have carried out a side by side data transfer from my old phone via iCloud. I ha e downloaded the most recent iOS version and everything looks good , however when I move out my home WiFi I am unable to access any of my apps or internet when using 4/5G. Seems strange as my old phone didn’t have any of these issues.

You need to use your old sim in the new phone, or do a sim swap to activate the new sim Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update
